Sports massage is a form of bodywork geared towards active participants. It is used to help prevent and recover from injuries, to prepare the body for athletic activity and maintain it in optimal condition. Sports massage has three basic forms: pre-event massage, post-event massage, and maintenance massage.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep Tissue Massage is a technique that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. It aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas.
The technique is often used in combination with Remedial and Sports Massage.
SPORTS REHABILITATION ASSESSMENT & TREATMENT
An initial assessment last around 60 - 75 minutes, it will consists of subjective questioning to obtain the background to the injury, supported by clinical testing and biomechanical analysis.

Kinesiology taping (KT) is a therapeutic tool and has become increasingly popular within the sporting and fitness industry. Taping has been used for a long time for the prevention and treatment of sporting injuries. KT is not only used for sporting injuries but for a variety of other conditions.
